420 Vibin: Aerial Fly & Flow is a lighthearted aerial yoga experience designed to help you unwind, open up, and ride a wave of ease. Under soft blacklights and glow-in-the-dark accents, the room transforms into a dreamy, otherworldly space where movement feels a little more magical and a lot more fun. We’ll begin grounded, syncing breath with smooth, fluid movement before taking things skyward with the hammock supporting deep stretches, gentle inversions, and that delicious, weightless feeling. As the lights dim and the glow builds, you’ll flow through shapes that feel both playful and freeing, like you’re moving through your own little galaxy. We’ll close with a floating savasana, cocooned in your silk, drifting somewhere between rest and dreamland, softly glowing from the inside out… and just when you think it can’t get better, you’ll head home with a refreshing Trip, adaptogen infused beverage to keep the calm rolling long after class ends 🌙
