Summary
Marketing doesn’t have to mean doing all the things, all the time.
The Marketing Momentum Method™ helps you identify where you are right now in your marketing and focus on the strategies that will actually help you move forward. Whether you’re building a strong foundation, ready to focus on growth, or working to improve retention, each stage requires a different approach.
And your business may not be in the same stage everywhere. Your social media might be ready for growth while your email marketing still needs a stronger foundation. You can also use the method to look at your marketing as a whole and determine where your business needs the most attention.
In this practical presentation, Samantha will help you recognize your current marketing stage, understand what to prioritize there, and choose the next steps that will prepare you for what comes next.
The goal isn’t to do more marketing. It’s to do the right marketing for where you are now, so you can build momentum without the overwhelm.

Summary
Many accomplished women spend years proving they belong.
They collect credentials. They work harder than everyone else. They become the person everyone depends on.
Yet despite all of that success, many still hesitate to speak up, advocate for themselves, pursue the next opportunity, or fully own the unique value they bring.
What if the very qualities you've been trying to downplay are actually your greatest leadership advantage?
In this inspiring and interactive breakout session, leadership expert Rachel B. Williams introduces the Leadership GEMS Method™—a powerful framework designed to help women recognize their unique brilliance, embrace authentic leadership, and confidently step into the impact they were created to make.
Through personal stories, practical insights, and moments of reflection, Rachel invites attendees to stop comparing themselves to everyone else and begin leading from their natural strengths. Participants will leave feeling empowered, encouraged, and equipped with practical strategies they can immediately apply in both their careers and personal lives.
Because leadership isn't about becoming someone else.
It's about becoming more fully yourself.
During this breakout, participants will:
Discover the unique strengths and gifts that make them exceptional leaders.
Learn how to confidently communicate their value without feeling like they're 'selling themselves.'
Understand how authentic relationships create opportunities, support, and long-term success.
Replace self-doubt with a leadership mindset grounded in confidence, resilience, and purpose.
Leave with practical next steps to begin owning their brilliance in every area of life.
Perfect For Women Who...
Are ready to stop playing small.
Feel stuck between where they are and where they know they're capable of going.
Want to lead with confidence while remaining authentic.
Are navigating career growth, leadership opportunities, or personal reinvention.
Desire meaningful success that aligns with who they truly are.
Attendees Will Leave Feeling...
Inspired to think bigger.
Confident in what makes them unique.
Equipped with practical leadership tools they can use immediately.
Encouraged to pursue opportunities with greater courage.
Connected to a community of women who are rising together.
Your brilliance isn't something you have to earn. It's something you have to recognize, own, and share with the world.
